ARTIST NOTES: This captivating artwork showcases the elegance of three flower vases, each a unique masterpiece, brought to life through an exquisite play of textures and patterns. Meticulous attention to detail and artistic craftsmanship is evident in every aspect of this composition.
The first vase, resplendent in its simplicity, boasts a smooth, porcelain-like texture that evokes a sense of purity and grace. The pristine surface, adorned with delicate golden lines, creates a serene focal point that draws the viewer in.
In striking contrast, the second vase bursts with vibrant energy and adorned with abstract patterns, turning it into a visual celebration of creativity and exuberance.
The third vase, in stark contrast to its companions, embraces a tactile richness. Its texture is reminiscent of appliqued fabric. The juxtaposition of these various elements creates a harmonious blend of tradition and innovation in the whole piece.
In this one-of-a-kind composition I have used acrylic paint, texture paste, fabric scraps, embroidered flowers, and more to weave a tapestry of texture and pattern. Attention to preserving natural elements, such as twigs, dried flowers, and dried foliage, adds an authentic touch to the piece.
